6 Skincare Products for Your Morning Routine

In a Morning Routine
These simple, easy to find, skincare products that will be great in your morning skincare routine. Of course, your skin type and the weather determines what skincare is right for you. You will especially love these products if you have dry, combination or oily skin. Now, in the early days of spring, here are some products that I’m currently using and you should know about.
1. Freck On Repeat PH Balanced Cactus Cleansing Gel This is a gentle cleanser that works well as a second cleanse. Freck suggests that it is gentle enough to use on sensitive skin but strong enough to remove makeup but I do think this serves as a great gentle cleanser in the morning. You can use 2 pumps and apply it to dry or wet skin. You will get a few bubbles but it does not foam up. Pat your skin with a clean towel.
2. Laneige Cream Skin Toner This is a two-in-one toner that moisturizes your skin. This is great for normal, dry, combination, and oily skin. I like to pour a little pool of this toner into the palm of my hands then pat it onto my face and neck. It leaves your skin feeling nicely hydrated.
3. The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid This is a clear, juicy liquid that’s slightly thicker than the Laneige Cream Skin toner. It adds an immediate burst of hydration. Today I tried sandwiching the hyaluronic acid between the two liquid hydration. This hyaluronic acid is meant to give you extra hydration while giving a plumper feel. I honestly felt like my skin received a hydra bath when I applied it.
4. D’Alba Mist Spray Serum This is a very light mist that layers evenly and beautifully onto your skin. There is a mix of white truffle oil that settles on the bottle, so you do have to shake the vessel before spraying. The liquids mix together and create a dewy glow when applied to the face. It’s just a glorious feeling when you apply it. I’ve been keeping this on my desk to spray when I need a refresher during the day. I’m curious to see if this is something that I will love in warmer weather.
5. Beauty Stat Universal C Eye Perfector You can use this in the morning and evening by smoothing around your eye area making sure the area is clean and dry. This has a surprisingly smooth suede-like feeling to it. Upon application, it has an iridescent appearance that gives your under-eye an illuminated appearance. It definitely gives your under-eye a smoothened-out feeling and appearance.
6. Bliss Block Star Invisible Daily Sunscreen, SPF 30 Applying sunscreen in your routine is one of the most important things you can do for your skin. This applies smoothly and feels like a light moisturizer on the skin. It has a slight tint and does not feel greasy on my skin. A particularly good surprise is the light, fresh scent. I’m still testing out this sunscreen, as I like to test spf with layering with different layers of skincare, but so far, I am loving this sunscreen.
